Happy holidays everyone!
The kids in Room 18 would like to thank Josh and Mrs. Gibson for loaning
us their Christmas tree to decorate our room. Not only did they loan it to
us, but they also put it up and decorated it for us! We are grateful!
Our class party will be Friday, December 18th and we look forward to the
delicious goodies that parents are willing to send! If you would like to
join us in making a craft, or reading to students just let Mrs. Keen know.
Let's talk multiplication! Your third grader is currently studying
multiplication and taking timed tests. It is extremely important that your
child be practicing facts with speed as well as accuracy. A booklet was sent
home to help your child practice and become successful. We are planning
a "Pile Your Sundae High When You Multiply" icecream party for students who
successfully pass their timed tests. (TCAP tests are also timed.) Good luck,
and thank you for supporting our third grade program!
