Frequently Asked QuestionsFrequently Asked Questions: This page contains answers to common questions of students and parents.
Can your child bring medication to school? Any medication, including things such as cough drops, must be brought into the office by a parent/guardian, and proper paperwork must be filled out. Can my child bring a stuffed animal/toy to sleep with at rest? I would prefer them not to, however a small blanket is acceptable. Stuffed animals quickly become a distraction throughout the day and take up too much space in the backpack. Do kindergarteners need to know how to tie shoes? Yes, definitely. Please be working with them on this skill. Can I send cupcakes or cookies for my child's birthday? Of course! Can my child bring soda for lunch? No 2nd Nine Weeks Monday-Music Tuesday-PE Wednesday-Art Thursday-Library Friday-PE The Support schedule changes each nine weeks. What do I do if my child misses school?
