About The Teacher

I am a graduate of Gleason School.  I earned my BS from Bethel College.  I 
have been teaching fifth grade for eleven years.  My husband, Chris, and I 
have two wonderful children, Ben and Maycie.  We are the proud owners of 
two, lively wire-haired fox terriers, Roxy and Benji.  We also have a big, 
fat cat that goes by the name of Garfield.  This summer we adopted a beta 
fish that goes by the name of Freddie.  I enjoy spending time with my family 
and walking.  I have an older sister, Michelle, and a younger brother named 
Matt.  They live in Michigan along with their families, and my mom, Nancy.  
My grandfather, Clifford, also resides in Michigan.  I enjoy spending time 
with them in the summer.  One of my favorite places to go is Houghton Lake 
Michigan.
