| Welcome to the world of reading. As Literacy Leader of Gleason Elementary
School it is my wonderful privilege to work with students in grades
kindergarten through 5th in assessing reading needs of individual students.
We have had the opportunity to enjoy the "Reading First" program at Gleason
School for four years. We have seen successful growth in reading skills in
our students, and plan to enjoy even more accomplishments in the future. Let
me take this opportunity to say that every time you read with your child,
you increase his/her ability to succeed in every school subject. So come on
