Financial Aid


You must complete and submit a Free Appliation for Federal Student Aid 
(FASA) to apply for federal student aid for college or career school. This 
is also the only way to register for the Tennessee Lottery Scholarships.

There is no need to pay for College Financial Aid assistance.  You can 
obtain scholarship and financial aid information from your high school 
guidance department or from the colleges/universities that you are looking 
to attend.  In general, if you are asked to pay for assistance or a 
potential scholarship requires a fee to apply, you should do some in depth 
investigation.

the college search by matching them to merit-based scholarships from

College Goal Sunday is a non-profit program that provides free information 
and assistance in completing the FAFSA form. The FAFSA is required to be 
completed in order to receive many scholarships offered through the 
Tennessee Student Assistance Corp, one of which is the HOPE Scholarship. 
College Goal Sunday will be held at Tusculum College on February 22, 2009 
beginning at 2:00 pm.
