Physical Education Fall 2008
We will be covering
Individual and dual sports: Tennis, Golf, Badminton, and Bowling.
Team sports: Softball, Football, Volleyball, Soccer, and Basketball.
Each sport tlw be introduced to the history, skills, and terms associated
with each. Tlw be able to compete in each with a knowledge of the game.
Tlw endure the 5 components of Physical Fitness each day: Cardio respritory
endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, and
flexability.
The first 2 weeks were the Tennis unit, and we began Golf today.
