Family and Consumer Sciences
Family, Career and Community Leadership of America 
FCCLA is a nonprofit national career and technical student organization for 
young men and women in Family and Consumer Sciences education in public and 
private school through grade 12.

Everyone is part of a family and Family Career and Community Leaders of 
America is the only national career and technical student organization with 
the family as its central focus.

2009-2010 dues are $15 and must be paid by September 8th to be eligible to
compete in the Flour Muffin Making contest at the TVA & I Fair on Sept. 14th.

Congratulations to Jessica Hicks for placing 8th place out of 400 entries in
the Flour Muffin Making Contest on September 14th!!!!

Members...Remember the following projects:

(1)  Tee Shirts are back.  Pick up 12/8
            (2)  Operation REACH is December 12th.  Be at Walmart by
                 7 am to help children shop for their families.
            (3)  Pick up an ornament from the Angel Tree to help
                 a resident at the nursing home for Christmas.  Gifts need 
                 to be brought in by December 16th.  Be sure and put the
                 name of the resident that is to receive the gift on your
                 gift.
