Hello! It's great to begin a new school year with your student at HHS!
This is my 29th year in special education and my 19th year at Harriman High.
I am a Junior class sponsor and Student Council Advisor.
I received my BS from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and have
completed graduate hours at UTK, TTC, and Cumberland College.
My mission for my students is to provide the best education possible. I
will use various learning techniques and attend to the different learning
styles of the students. In my direct service classes, I will be following
the State Standards for each class (you may view the standards in full using
the "Link" site's url address) and have these standards posted in my
classroom. For inclusion and consultative students, I will work with the
classroom teachers to help the students receive the accommodations needed
for success.
