I graduated from Maryville College with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and
continued my education to receive a Masters Degree in Curriculum and
Instruction from the University of Tennessee. This summer I received my
Educational Specialist degree from Lincoln Memorial University
I have been a teacher in the Blount County School System for thirteen years.
This will be my third year at Heritage Middle School. Also, I will be
coaching cross country and assisting with track this year. In my spare time,
I like to play basketball and softball and watch my kids play sports.
I have two kids, Chase and Casi. Chase is a sophomore at Heritage High
School. He plays basketball, baseball, and football. Casi is a freshman
at Heritage High School, and she plays soccer and runs track.
I am looking forward to teaching 6th grade math and enjoying the
school year!
