Preschool Note
Hi families! I hope everyone had a wonderful fall
break. We are back in school this week and studying a new theme. The theme
this week is 'We All Have Feelings'. Our new letter person is Ms. A. She makes
an "A'choo" sound when she is happy! Along with discussing different feelings,
we will also be discussing ways to use good manners like covering your mouth.
Some of the activities that the preschoolers will be completing this week are:
making a feelings caterpillar, eating happy crackers, making a feelings book,
drawing happy face A/a's, and singing "if You're Happy and You Know It". It's
going to be a fun and busy week!
Reminders
Those of you who have not sent your child's
change of clothes, please do so. They all need a long sleeve shirt, pants, and
underpants. Also remember that Kenton School will be having our Fall Festival
Friday night at the old gym. There will be a hamburger/hotdog supper beginning
at 5:30, games for the kids beginning at 6:00, and also an auction starting at
6:30. Please come out and join the fun in supporting Kenton School.
