My name is Valerie Sanderson and I am teaching Elementary Music at
Kenton and Rutherford Elementary Schools.
I attended Lambuth University years ago where I met my husband Bill. I
finished my college education at UTM where I graduated in 2007 with a
Bachelor of Arts in Music. I am very proud of the opportunity to work at
both schools. We have a wonderful school and staff!
I enjoy playing the piano and singing. I have 3 children, Cerissa,
Will,and Garrett. I also have a cute little long-haired dachshund named
Tompkins! And I don't want to forget my husband, Bill. We have been married
for 29 years!
My mission is to have a great time with the students singing, playing
instruments,learning songs,creating music, all in a learning environment. My
goal is for your child to look forward to music each week.
