We know we're a few days late on this, but we've FINALLY posted the 5 Finalists for our Best Website contest on our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/TeacherWebInc. You have from now until midnight next Wednesday, May 22nd, to vote on your favorite. The Finalists' websites are posted in their own photo album on our Facebook page, so check those out first, visit the sites, click around, then come back and vote via our poll.

Well.....our last Monday note!!!  It is still hard to believe we are already 
at the end of this school year and ready to send these babies to 1st 
grade!!!  We have thoroughly enjoyed having each child in our room.  We thank 
you for allowing us to be a part of this very important year!

We are going to have a game day on Tuesday.  Please allow your child to bring 
his/her favorite game to school.  The game must be one they can play with a 
friend AND that they know how to play.  Please do not send in electronic 
devices (ipads, ipods, etc) because we do not want them to get lost or 
broken.  We will have extra games here incase someone is not able to bring 
one from home.

Just a reminder about Wednesday being a 1/2 day for students.  We will 
dismiss at 11:30 so lunch will not be served that day.  Breakfast will 
continue to be served each morning.  If you are planning on your child going 
home a differently please send us a note letting us know how he/she is 
getting home.  We cannot allow them to go home a different way unless we hear 
from you.

Wednesday is also Promotion Day where your child will meet his/her 1st grade 
teacher plus get their report cards.  Please be sure to send their bags on 
this day because their new teacher will be sending home information for you.  
If your child is absent on Wednesday, they will have to wait until August to 
find out who their teacher will be.

We are cleaning out our books that are in our classroom library so if your 
child comes home with a book and says they get to keep it they are correct. :)

Thanks for all you have done to make this year go so smoothly!  We know each 
child has learned so much and think they are going to be AWESOME 1st 
graders!  Have a great summer break and we will see you next year!!!!!
