November 12  After the test we watched a video and discussed Veterans Day and Memorial Day.  Absent students will need to complete the worksheet page for Veterans Day and Memorial Day.
November 11  Study for Chapter 6 test.  We reviewed today in class.
November 10 Complete Study Questions for Chapter 6 test on Thursday.
November 9 Read pages 216-219. Complete 2 vocabulary cards (industrialization & labor laws). Complete workbook page 83. Chapter 6 test on Thursday.
 
 
November 6 Read pages 212-215. Answer questions (2-6) on page 215. Write answers in complete sentences. Do not use pronouns.
November 5 Compolete vocabulary cards for Hull House and settlement house.
November 4 Read pp. 208&209 Complete workbook pages 76&77. Omit 1-4 on page 77.
November 3 Read pages 206&207. Complete wsp. 57&58 (Graphing Ancestry Groups).

October 22 Read page 170 & 171. Complete vocabulary card for homestead. Study for map test.
October 21 No class today. Guidance class instead of Social Studies
October 20 Read page 162-165. Complete workbook page 61.
October 19 Complete vocabulary card for transcontinental. Map test on Friday for Northeastern States and capitals. Must also be able to spell the states.
