My name is Bettye Graves and I have been teaching at Lakeview for 29 years
in the sixth,fifth,first,and second grades.
I have two children. My son,Clint,graduated from the University of
Tennessee at Knoxville and is a Captain in the United States Army. He is
currently no longer on active duty and is in a reserve unit. He lives in
Minnesota and works with a transportation company. My daughter,
Patty,graduated from Cumberland University and the Nashville School of
Law.She is an attorney for the state. She is married to David Stolinsky. He
is a Detective with the Mt.Juliet Police Department. They have a
daughter,and her name is Kimberlee. They also have a new baby boy, and his
name is David Michael.
My husband owns a company that services commercial heat and air. We have
been married for 35 years.
I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor's Degree
and Master's Degree in Education.
My favorite thing to do when I am not taking care of my family, teaching,
or working on school work at home is to knit or read. I love to read and I
hope my students will too.
