Happy 2010 and Wecome back! I hope everyone had a great Christmas vacation
and New Years 2010. I look forward to getting back into our routine and
enjoying the mature Kindergarten children that I have and enjoying their
success in reading. Please read with your child every night. They will
begin bringing books home again to read to you. I let the children choose
books to bring home, but please encourage your child to bring a book home
every night. Please help us keep these books circulating by returning these
books to school each day so all the children can enjoy reading with their
family. If you are not helping out in the classroom on a regular basis and
would like to, you could come to school 15 minutes early for lunch or stay 15
minutes after lunch to have children read to you or for you to read a book to
the class. Simply let me know if this is something you would be interested
in doing.
