The KID'S CLUB program is planned and conducted by a staff trained to meet
the needs of children and to provide positive adult role models. There is
flexibility enough to accommodate children from different age groups and, at
the same time, to fulfill the special needs of individuals. KID'S CLUB
supplements and supports the child's experiences at home and at school.
KID'S CLUB is a quality program designed with the working family in mind.
The KID'S CLUB extended school program is a non-discriminating
organization.

HOMEWORK
A one hour period will be set aside each afternoon to allow time for
homework.
Since the children have been in school all day, they will need a period of
for childhood activities. Therefore, no child will be allowed to stay in
the
homework area after the allotted time. All children (with the exception of
kindergarten students) will be informed when it is time for the homework
period. The children should have their own supply of paper and pencils for
their work. Although the staff will offer help and encouragement to your
child during this time, they CANNOT force your child to do his/her work.
Please talk with your child regarding using this time wisely.
