How many books can I check out?

Students in grades K-2 may check out 1 book each visit.
Students in grades 3-5 may check out 2 books each visit.

When can I go to the library?

Every student comes with their class one time per week.  The library is open 
for free check-out time from 1:30 until 1:50 Monday through Friday.

What if I don't finish reading my book in one week?

Students can renew(keep) a book twice before they must return it. You must 
bring the book into the library to renew it.

Do you charge late fees?

No, we do not charge late fees, but we do encourage students to return their 
books each week even if they haven't finished them and we will renew their 
books and let them keep them for an extra week.

What happens if I lose my book, or it gets torn up?

Students must pay for any lost or damaged book before they can check-out 
another book from the library.  If a lost book is found and returned in good 
condition, we will gladly refund your money.
