Ask the Librarian
How many books can I check out? Students in grades K-2 may check out 1 book each visit. Students in grades 3-5 may check out 2 books each visit. Every student comes with their class one time per week. The library is open for free check-out time from 1:30 until 1:50 Monday through Friday. What if I don't finish reading my book in one week? Students can renew(keep) a book twice before they must return it. You must bring the book into the library to renew it. No, we do not charge late fees, but we do encourage students to return their books each week even if they haven't finished them and we will renew their books and let them keep them for an extra week. What happens if I lose my book, or it gets torn up? Students must pay for any lost or damaged book before they can check-out another book from the library. If a lost book is found and returned in good condition, we will gladly refund your money. |
