How can I help my child succeed?

Check the agenda each day for homework assignments.  Go over the weekly papers 
with your child.  Talk about what they are learning.

Ask for the best part of the day.  The worst part...  What he would change....Something 
funny that happened...

My child hates to read. What do I do?

Read with your child, either out loud or silently.  Talk about what you are reading.  Let 
your child see you reading.

Yes!  They are written in your child's AR folder.

What about homework?

There WILL be homework this year.  Check your child's agenda DAILY for homework assignments 
and notes from me.  Please sign your child's agenda book daily
