Can I go on field trips with my child?

Yes.  However, we are not allowed to take more than 2 parents unless we have special 
circumstances.  We are also not allowed to take additional children such as younger 
siblings.  We are also only allowed one field trip per year.

Of course.  Please check with me about our lunch time.

What if my child needs to go home a different way?

I need a note from you if your child is going home with a different person each time this 
occurs.

What do I do if my phone number changes?

Please notify me (teacher) of any changes in communication because if your child gets 
sick or must leave early I need to be able to contact you.  Notify the office of these 
changes too.

After my child has been sick what is the proper school procedure?

Please send in a note from the doctor stating the reason for the absence the day you 
return.
