Fitness Challenge

                             *** Presidential Fitness Challenge***
    Students:
   
         Be ready when you return from Christmas break to compete! 
It is time for us to begin our Presidential Fitness Challenge. 
We will be competing in the following areas:     (1) curl-ups for abdominal strength
                                                                                    (2) shuttle run for agility
                                                                                    (3) sit and reach for flexibility
                                                                                    (4) pull ups /flex arm hang for grip strength
                                                                                    (5) one mile run for endurance
