Welcome to ELL. My name is Mrs. Carol  Ann Smith. I am avaiable to my students each day at Walter J. 
from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day. Each  mini-school will have a specific time that students will 
attend for skill lessons and a separate time for individual tutoring. It is our desire to let  
every student at Walter J. Baird acquire as much English as possible.
