I do believe in homework, but I also believe in students working to the
best of their ability while they are at school. Some nights, homework maybe for
students to read from their Accelerated Readers or to study for a test.
A new unit in Spelling is introduced each Monday, and students are required to write their
words 3 times each. Every Tuesday students define each word. Ordered Pair is the activity that is
required for Wednesday. ABC order on Thursday and an Edit a Paragraph activity on Friday.
Students take a Spelling Test on Thursday and a Definitions Test on Friday. Students should
begin learning to spell the words on Monday.
