It is the goal of this program to:

* Offer a safe and happy environment for all children we serve

* To make every effort to communicate in a positive manner the expectations we have of the
children

* To serve as role models

* To build upon the belief that when one feels loved and respected the quality of life is better

* To be consistent in rules and guidelines

* To offer an open door policy as well as to open our ears and heart to all parents when they
have concerns

* To involve our parents in decisions that will affect their child/ren

* To expect our parents to support and enforce behavior guidelines.

* To work as a team, one who shares a common goal (the safety and well being of the children in
our program)
