This is my 21st year of teaching in elementary school. I have taught in grades K-5 and
1-8 in the Extend program. I also taught one year at MTSU. I received my B.S. and
M.A.T. degrees from M.T.S.U.
I have two daughters. Kathryn is 23, lives in Atlanta, and works for Cigna Insurance Co. Rachel is a
junior at Tenn. Tech majoring in pre-physical therapy.
My husband works for Bank of America in Nashville.
I almost forgot! I have a cat named Whiskers.
My mission for this class is to see that each child is performing to his or her greatest
potential. It is
my hope that learning will be fun and that each child will discover a joy for learning.
