Our class's Christmas party will be on Dec. 17 after 1:00. We will play
Dirty Santa with the gifts. If your child wants to participate in Dirty
Santa, bring an inexpensive gift. Girls bring a girl's gift and the boys
bring a boy's gift. We will have goodies to eat. A sign up sheet for food
and drink items will be sent home on Tues. Dec. 8.
The last day of the 2nd 9 weeks is Dec. 11. Report cards will be given
on Wed. Dec. 16 and Dec. 18 is an abbreviated day.
URGENT!!!!!! I am in serious need of Kleenex and dry erase markers.
These items are used for math classes and I have 96 students.
WOW! Our class had the most cans collected for the LHS Food Drive. Way to
go students and parents!

Please make sure your child is reading their AR book each night. It is
imperative that they read, and it is a part of their Reading grade on their
report card. Students have received their AR goals from their LA teachers
and have checked out AR books. Students who have 80% comprehension and 100%
of their point goal can choose to have pizza on Fridays. $1.00 per slice
$3.00 max. Usually we order from Papa Johns. If they don't want pizza, they
may get their school lunch and eat in the room. I am enjoying this year so
much.
