| Students may be exempt from the high school class, Document Design and Procedure if they complete the 8th grade guidelines. |
| Each student is expected to achieve a speed of 30 wpm at 90% accuracy without looking at the keyboard. |
| A Wilson County keyboarding proficiency exam will be given. This exam covers a variety of information from grammatical spacing to technology. Proficiency on this test is 80%. |
| Core Subjects - Math, Language Arts, Science and Social Studies will be reinforced using Study Island, Discovery Education and Successmaker. |
