The Student Agreement is as follows:
1. They agree to complete all work assigned.
2. They agree to not:
a. disrupt class or any activity they are involved in.
b. use profane language
c. engage in fight or incite a fight
d. damage school or community property
3. They agree to not be on ANY school campus for any reason
during their time at MAP.
4. They agree to do the following:
a. be where they are suppose to be at beginning of day
b. not leave any area without permission
c. not have any candy, gum, etc.
d. practice appropriate social skills to everyone at all times
e. take care of the appearance of the classroom each day
f. have pencils, paper, etc. to participate in class each day
g. will refrain from any activity that will disrupt a school
activity
h. have NO personal contact with any other student on campus
i. will participate in all Group activities
j. know that if I leave my point sheet at home or lose it I
will lose all of my 100 points from the day prior and be
given a new to start the day.
5. Clear water in clear water bottles are the only drink allowed
at MAP. NO flavored water is allowed.
6. Fruit is the only DESSERT that a student may bring in their
lunch from home.
I also understand that if I continually violate the Program rules and
continue to NOT earn the points expected, I may be dismissed from MAP
Academy. I understand as well that NOW my parents will be responsible
for having me in an Educational placement within 30 days of
my dismissal or face charges of Truancy by the Juvenile Court system.
