Does my child need a mat?

Yes, after speaking to the other Kindergarten teachers, we 
decided that a mat is the most sanitary solution. We can Lysol 
them, wipe them, and clean them more easily. You may also send a 
towel to have something to lay over the mat, we will send 
it home each week to wash. These will be sent home October 31. 
Were were instructed that "rest time" will stop at that date.

Can my child buy snack at school?

No, we have a snack calendar and that works best for us, and we 
appreciate you supporting our snack calendar. However, your child 
may buy an Icee in the cafeteria at lunch time. The price is 75 
cents.
