STAR stands for "Student That Acts Responsibly" and one is chosen from each classroom in the
school every month. This is based on a student's behavior in the school, being responsible for
classwork and homework, their eagerness to help others and always trying their best. Once a 5th
grader has been selected as a STAR student they can become a SuperSTAR. This can be
accomplished
by completing 12 hours of community service. Our SuperSTAR students are rewarded at the end of
the school year!
