Can you eat lunch with your child?

You are welcome to come any time you wish for lunch.  Our lunch begins at 
10:45 and ends at 11:15. If you will wait for us to come through the lobby, 
you can join your child in line as we head to the cafeteria.  Remember, you 
must always sign in at the Office and get a "Visitor" badge before going 
anywhere in the building

How long does my child have to make up work from an excused absence?

County policy allows the number of days they have missed plus an extra day.  
I will certainly work with you to help your child get caught up and back on 
track.  If your child feels like working at home, I will be glad to leave 
make-up work in the office for you to pick up there.  If you want to do 
this, please notify the office before noon so I will have time to get it 
together.

How many parties do we have each year?

We will have a Halloween Party and a Valentine's Party.  They typically 
start at 1:30 and parents can help set up for them beginning at 1:15.  We do 
not have a Christmas "party" since we only go a half day before our break 
begins, but we do have special snacks, and fun classroom activities that day.
