We are off and running for another year! I am really excited about this
year, as I hope you are. Our classes do begin on August 7th. We have a big
class. There are 21 students with 11 boys and 10 girls.
I know it is still very hot outside, but my room stays pretty cool. If you
are cold natured, then you will probably want to bring a jacket to wear in
class.
Don't forget to bring a snack for your snack time. It should be HEALTHY, so
no JUNK FOOD will be allowed.
STAR Students:
STAR stands for "Student That Acts Responsibly" and one is chosen from each
classroom in the school every month. This is based on a student's behavior
in the school, being responsible for classwork and homework, their eagerness
to help others and always trying their best. STAR Students and their
parents are recognized monthly at our school-wide STAR Program.
