Dear Parents,
I hope that you and your family had a great fall vacation. Some of you took
trips and some of you enjoyed being at home with no school schedule to
follow.
The second six weeks will end October 30 and report cards will go out the
following Thursday.
Don't forget our Family Fun Night on October 29. It's a night of free
activities (unless you buy food), contests, cake walks, and many other
ideas. It starts at 5:30.
Our Halloween parties will begin at 1:30 on Friday, October 30. Randi
Householder is in charge of our party. If you haven't heard from her, you
probably will.
I am enjoying teaching your child. It is a great group of boys and girls
and I thank you for excellent job of instilling in them the qualities of
respect and courtesy.
I had a light case of the flu and as a result my ears became infected and I
lost hearing for a few days. Your children were so understanding and patient
when I would ask them to repeat or speak louder, I felt so fortunate to be
their teacher.
