Treasure Box at the end of the week 8. Reward Parties CONSEQUENCES Weekly Behavior Chart: Students will receive a behavior chart each week. Each time an infraction occurs, the chart will be marked accordingly and a point will be deducted for that day. This chart will be kept at the student's desk for the entire week. At the end of each day I will record your child’s daily behavior grade in their homework agenda so that parents can keep track of behavior on a daily basis. At the end of the week the behavior report needs to be signed and returned on Monday. 1st Offense - Verbal Reminder 2nd Offense - 10 minutes off recess 3rd Offense – 20 minutes off recess 4th Offense – No recess – Call parent Severe Disruption – See the principal
