Class Rules:
(white rule) One person speaks at a
time.
(pink rule) Listen and follow
directions the first time.
(yellow rule) Walk inside school.
(blue rule) Keep hands and feet to
yourself.
(green rule) Use your "inside"
voice.
(red rule) Take good care of school
things.
(orange rule) Use nice words and
actions.
Rewards and
Consequences:
Your child will receive either a
happy, straight or sad face for his/her behavior each day. Conduct will be
reported to you daily on your child's take-home letter. Good behavior is
rewarded with praise, smiles, hugs, stickers, treats or special privileges.
At the end of each week, those who
have earned a happy face every
day will get to choose a prize from the Treasure Box, those who have
4 or 3 happy faces will choose candy from the Goody Jar and those who
have earned only 2 or 1 happy
face will choose a sticker from the Sticker Can.
If a child gets a straight face,
he/she will miss 10 minutes of
their recess. Those who earn a sad face will miss
20 minutes of his/her recess. If misbehavior continues, your child will
be taken to the principal's office or you will be called.
