I test Spelling words every Thur. with words being called out orally.
On Fri., I give a multiple choice test to choose the word spelled correctly.
Practice writing by 5's to 100, 10's to 100 and by 2's at least to 20.
Practice reading sight words, color words,and number words.
Practice writing letters correctly on lines, both capital and lower case.
Practice writing simple sen. with new spelling words.
Remember to check your child's folder every night. Do not sign the homework
assn. sheet until they have completed the homework.
Each Fri., papers for the week come home. Please go over these, sign behavior
sheet and RETURN ALL papers on Mon.
