I want to congratulate the Students of the Month for the second six weeks
period. They are Jake Coleman and Fernanda Maria Hurtado. Congratulations on
a job well done! Our Most Improved Students of the month for the second six
weeks are Cody Wolfe and Kaylee Rowlett. I'm proud of their hard work and
effort!
Report cards go out Tuesday, October 13. These will not look like the first
grade cards. These will be a computer print out. Keep the top part with your
child's grades,sign on the line and cut that part off and return it to me.
The Veteran's Day Posters that the students designed and created for the
Veteran's Day program were sensational. They did such a wonderful job of
expressing their thanks to our veterans and their appreciation of our
wonderful country, America. We enjoyed the program and appreciate all of the
veterans and visitors who attended.
The American Indian projects were terrific! They made them look so realistic.
Thank you parents for your patience, diligence and hard work in helping your
child to excel. I know that you put in alot of time and effort also. Your
participation in your child's life can make a great difference in their
academic work, their attitude and their future.
Our Christmas party will be on Friday, December 18 at 8:00. Parents are
invited to attend. I will be sending home notes soon about the refreshments
that we will need and also about gifts.
