How many books can be checked out by a student?

1st graders and second graders may check out 1 book each time they come to 
the library.  Third grade students may have 2 books checked out at a time.

What happens if my child destroys or damages a book?

If a book is destroyed or lost, the book must be paid for before report 
cards are handed out at the end of the year.  Scan bars, call numbers, and  
Accelerated Reader ID's which are torn off the books are $2.00  each.
