Happy Holidays! I have purchased a Christmas stocking for each child. I need help filling the stockings. I have 20 students. Please send pencils, erasers, stickers, etc for each child's stocking. Just send the items as you purchase them and I will stuff the stockings as things begin to come in. Thanks! This week in reading our story is "Little Quack." The story is an animal fantasy. We will be learning the sound that /r/ makes and our skill this week is the plot of a story (beginning, middle and end). Sight words continued from last week are he, she, with. They are doing a great job with handwriting skills! In science we will be once again talking about our senses. We will be using the senses of touch, sight and smell when we make cinnamon and applesauce Christmas ornaments. We will be using the senses of sight and taste when we decorate and eat sugar cookies.
