About The Teacher
Hi! I am Mrs. Sherry, and I began my school career at Medina Elementary School as a first grade student. I graduated from Medina High School in 1975, and then attended the University of Tennessee at Martin graduating with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education in 1978. I began my teaching career at Medina Elementary School in 1978, teaching a split 1st/2nd grade. Then, I taught first grade and Kindergarten. I began teaching third grade in 1985 and have thoroughly enjoyed teaching this age group. I am married to Eugene and we have one son (David), two daughters (Angie and Cassie), a daughter-in-law (Becky), 2 beautiful granddaughters, Mackenzie (4 years) and Lily(2 years) and 1 handsome grandson, Tucker(5 years).
