I love what I do and I hope to make math as much fun as it can be since it is
a skill we will use all our lives. I have wanted to teach school ever since
I was in the 5th grade. I was born and raised in Jackson. I have been
teaching for almost 20 years. I have taught in Oregon, Washington, North
Carolina and South Carolina. I am married to Hap, and have one daughter,
Eliabeth, who teaches kindergarten at Arlington Magnet School in Jackson.
To take students from where I get them and move them forward in their math
skills to be fully prepared to handle any math problem at the fifth grade
level and beyond.
