Read and document 15 minutes of reading preferably with a few of those
minutes being read orally. Students have a Reading Log for documenting their
reading. This reading generally, should be the book they are reading for
independent reading points (20 per grading period).

Vocabulary Quiz Thursday
INDEPENDENT READING
Students are required to read independently. To earn a grade of 100% they
need to earn 20 points each grading period. The deadline for the third
grading period is December March 28.
