My name is Sarah Newman and I graduated from Milan High School in 1999. I
then attended Union University. After graduating from college I moved to
Nashville, Tennessee and taught 2nd grade for two years in an inner city
school. This is my third year teaching in Medina!
The mission for our class this year is that every day can be great if you
have the right attitude! Having a positive attitude is one of the key
components of success in life. We may not always like our circumstances,
but we can choose to press on and be positive in spite of them.
I believe that each child is different and gifted in many different ways.
Once we understand and love each other we will be able to learn and succeed
in the classroom and in life!
