We will be reading Animals in the Grasslands when we come back from fall break. Our new popcorn words are: we, my, and like. In phonics we will be doing the letter Mm and learning to sound out words. The word lists we bring home in phonics are for your child to practice with you and when they can read them they may bring them back to me to read. I will also be sending books home for your child to read to you and then return to class.
In math we are counting to 25 and learning to write the numerals. We are studying sizes, shapes, patterns, graphs, and ordinals: first, second, third, fouth, and fifth.
