Message from the Principal
Milan Elementary School is making "Excellence in Education" a reality! As one of the largest elementary sites in Gibson County, we include grades Pre-K through fourth. We offer a variety of activities to enhance the regular classroom curriculum, including Accelerated Reader, STAR, after-school tutoring, three computer labs, a technology coach, an academic coach, and a parent involvement coordinator. Traditional activities include Music, Art, Guidance, Library and Physical Education. We also offer on-site YMCA After School. With the support of an excellent, caring staff and a very active and supportive community, our teachers are committed to providing your child with the best educational opportunities! We are accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. We invite you to learn more about our school by exploring the pages of our web site.
