SCHOOL WILL BE DISMISSED AT 10:45 ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 18 TO BEGIN THE
CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY BREAK. CLASSES RESUME ON MONDAY, JANUARY 4!
Please send 20 items for stockings by December 18th. They need to be small
and inexpensive and for either a girl or a boy. The stockings will not have
names and I will just pass them out after our faculty breakfast. You are
welcome to send some treats for that day, but honestly it is right after
breakfast and they usually will not

We are reviewing the letter “o” and reviewing our “popcorn” words. We are
also reading words that contain the letters that we have been studying.
Please help your child practice “sounding out” and reading these words at
home.

Monday, January 4 full day for classes to resume
SNACK
Please remember that your child will need a snack each day. No sodas or candy,
please! Many are not having a snack/drink.
Please encourage your child to practice his little reader that comes home on
Monday's. They need to read this to you and then when they feel
comfortable they can bring it back to school to read to me for a prize. It
does not have to be sent back on Tuesday. It is okay to wait until Friday.
