Parents,
please find the following letter regarding our Christmas Party. I have sent two letters home, but I am afraid they have not reached everyone. Please let me know if you have any questions!
A DAY OF CHRISTMAS CHEER
We are planning a fun day to celebrate the Christmas Season together with breakfast, crafts, board games, and lunch with a movie!
Please mark your calendars for
Friday, December the 18th
We will start our day with
breakfast snacks and hot cocoa.
*Please let Mrs. Jeffries know if you can
send in enough of the following for 28:
water bottles
sausage balls
fruit
doughnuts
cookies and icing for decorating
other: ____________
We will start our day just relaxing ~ with no rush to rotations. We are going to sit back and enjoy a nice cup of hot cocoa and some Christmas cheer.
Breakfast will end around 8:30 and we will spend
the rest of the day doing Christmas Centers.
We already have several fun crafts donated by Mrs. Ford (thank you so much!!) and will continue working on other fun activities.
We will end our day with lunch in the room and a movie.
I have so enjoyed this year with your children and look forward to a relaxing day to end the year of 2009 together!!
*Parents, please feel free to join in the Breakfast fun~we will be finished by 8:30 which will give you plenty of time to finish that last minute Santa Shopping!!!*J
