This is my 9th year teaching. I have been in 5th grade Science for 8
years and I love it!!! I have two wonderful children- a 2 year old and my 6
year old. I received my Master's of Education at Trevecca Nazarene
University shortly after my daughter was born and am excited to implement
what I have learned about strategies and English Language Learners in the
classroom. We all think differently. I believe in embracing each others
differences and unique gifts. Working together, the sky is the limit! It
is so fun to come up with a good idea, and then allow someone else to add
their ideas to make things better. Together ~ we can!
I am very excited to return to my "love" of teaching. I look forward
to a new year of learning and growing together. It's going to be a great
year!!!

My mission for the class is to always be able to give a reason for your way
of thinking. If you are unable to explain why you think a certain way, then
you may need to rethink!
Also, always try to put yourself in the other person's shoes. Never judge a
person until you have walked in their shoes.
We are going to take care of each other, lift each other up and encourage
each other to be the best that we can be!! :)
