Reading for the week of December 14th-18th:

Monday – 1. do workbook pages 79 and 80 on “Advertisements” 
         2. use magazines to find an advertisement then locate the 4 parts
            Glue the ad to a piece of construction paper and label the parts
         3. do Christmas vocabulary fun activity page “Ho, Ho, Ho”

Tuesday – 1. do workbook pages 89 & 90 on “Graphs"
          2.complete any leveled readers unfinished

Wednesday – 1. do workbook pages 99 & 100 on “Time Lines”
            2. do workbook pages 149 & 150 on “Schedules”

Thursday – Giants of Electrical Science Performance
           Christmas Craft with Mrs. Colwell

Friday – Good Behavior Party

**Each week the students will learn a different reading skill.  Workbook 
pages and center activities will reinforce and practice those skills taught.  
Students will also cover vocabulary words pertaining to that week’s story.

**The following website has a summary of each story, vocabulary words, and 
the skill being taught each week.  I hope you will find it helpful as a 
review.
