Seventh grade computer instruction resumes keyboard training. A few
of the students have never had any computer or keyboarding training and the
first half of the term will be focused exclusively on keyboarding exercises.
During the second half of the nine weeks the class will be introduced to
Excel Spreadsheets. They will be given several projects to create
spreadsheets and graphs and will learn to use several simple and complex
formulas. Rubrics will be given to all students that will cover the
requirements of each project and how they will be graded. Because all work
is done in class, there will never be any homework.
